Q: What Services do you offer?
A: I offer a range of services including personalized meal plans, fitness coaching, nutrition counseling, and wellness programs such as our 7-day hydration challenge and 14-day fiber challenge.
Q: How do I get started with your services?
A: You can get started by visiting our website at www.healthybodycoaching.com and booking a consultation. From there, we’ll discuss your goals and tailor a plan that suits your needs.
Q: What is included in the personalized meal plan?
A: The meal plans include a detailed weekly menu and recipes tailored to the monly focus. Eg. Protein, Fiber, etc. Personalization is available for an additional fee.
Q: Can you accommodate special dietary needs or restrictions?
A: Absolutely! Our meal plans can be customized to accommodate various dietary needs, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and more. Just let us know your requirements on the intake form.
Q: How often should I update my meal plan?
A: It’s generally recommended to update your meal plan every 4-6 weeks to keep things fresh and aligned with your evolving goals and preferences.
Q: Do I need to buy supplements?
A: While supplements can be beneficial, they are not mandatory. We focus on achieving your nutritional needs through whole foods. If supplements are recommended, it will be based on your specific needs.
Q: What types of fitness programs do you offer?
A: We offer a variety of fitness programs including strength training, cardiovascular workouts, flexibility and mobility routines, and custom workout plans tailored to your fitness level and goals.
Q: Do I need to have a gym membership?
A: No, you don’t need a gym membership. We can create workout plans that can be done at home, with minimal or no equipment, as well as gym-based routines if you prefer.
Q: How often should I work out?
A: The frequency of workouts will depend on your individual goals and current fitness level. Typically, a balanced routine includes 3-5 workouts per week.
Q: How do I participate in challenges?
A: In order to participate in any of my challenges, you will need to purchase the challenge and join the private facebook group. Each challenge has it's own private facebookgroup. If you are a part of my membership site (coming soon) this will be included with your membership cost.
Q: Are there any community support groups?
A: Currently, I have dedicated Facebook communities for my challenges, and Hot Flash Haven, where members can communicate with each other and where I can support you. It is currently free to join. I also encourage engagement and support through my social media channels.
Q: What are your business hours?
A: Our regular business hours are Monday through Saturday, 10 AM to 4 PM. Please note that we will be closed on Holidays.
